Booking & Cancellation Policy

To keep appointments running smoothly and to respect the time reserved for every client, please read the following policy before booking.

💅 APPOINTMENTS

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. By booking an appointment with Harley Queen Nails, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may mean that your treatment needs to be shortened or, where there is insufficient time to complete the service safely and to the expected standard, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not normally incur a cancellation charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or appointments missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of up to the amount reasonably necessary to cover the loss caused by the cancellation.

Where possible, Harley Queen Nails will make reasonable efforts to re-book the appointment and minimise any loss.

🚫 NO-SHOWS

If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting us, this will be treated as a no-show.

A reasonable charge may apply, reflecting the time reserved and the loss caused by the missed appointment. Future bookings may also require a deposit or payment in advance.

⏰ LATENESS

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full treatment.

Where an appointment cannot be completed because of lateness, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and a reasonable charge may apply.

💳 DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Where a deposit is required, the amount and the circumstances in which it may be retained will be explained to you before payment.

Any deposit or cancellation charge will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not be used to unfairly restrict your legal rights.

🤍 EMERGENCIES & EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen.

If something unavoidable occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered fairly and at our discretion.

🩷 HEALTH, SAFETY & SUITABILITY

For your safety, please inform us before your appointment of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections, nail conditions or other circumstances that may affect the treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment where we reasonably believe it would be unsafe or unsuitable.

📱 HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact Harley Queen Nails directly using the usual booking/contact method.

Please do not assume that leaving a message guarantees cancellation until it has been acknowledged where confirmation is reasonably possible.

📋 POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By making an appointment with Harley Queen Nails, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand this booking and cancellation policy.

Harley Queen Nails reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Any updated policy will be communicated to clients before it applies to future bookings.
